Job Summary

As a Production Technician at Kasai North America, Inc, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to perform repetitive assembly operations to produce high-quality products such as automobile interior trim components and assemblies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and assemble parts using hand tools or powered tools, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
  • Operate and maintain machines such as KPM presses, inspection molds, welders, robots, forklifts, hoists, and cranes to facilitate material movement.
  • Meet established quality and production quantity levels, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Participate in training programs, such as Forklift Driving Classes, to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work any assigned shift and be available for overtime.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
