**Job Summary**

The University of Kentucky seeks a skilled Nurse Coordinator to manage and coordinate the care of patients undergoing intravesical therapy in our multidisciplinary clinic. This role will support the growth of our intravesical therapy program, ensuring high-quality patient care.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage patient flow and coordination of care within the intravesical therapy clinic
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ambulatory care nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
