Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at SLS LUX in Miami. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve drinks according to specified recipes and quality standards.
  • Attend to tables in the dining area and provide excellent customer service.
  • Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and restock bar supplies as needed.
  • Process all payment methods and count bank at the end of each shift.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous 1-3 years of bartending experience in a hotel or lounge setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
  • ServSafe/TIPS Certificate.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
