Electrical Systems Specialist

About the Job
">Aerotek is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic company that has over 60 plants in the country. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints or electrical schematics, and experience with point-to-point wiring.
">Responsibilities
">- ">
- Interpret electrical schematics to assemble and/or wire electrical power systems">
- Use various hand tools for sub-pan and systems assemblies">
- Perform sub-panel layouts, drill and tap holes with minimal supervision">
- ">
- Wire sub-pans, door devices, and other power equipment under supervision">
- Wire using wire way and loom and perform free-bundling">
- Wire simple relay circuits and perform daisy chaining with minimum supervision">
- Perform mechanical assembly on switchgear/switchboard under supervision">
- Mount all pertinent equipment">
- Wire and route harnesses neatly with or without wire loom">
- Perform all wiring duties on sub panels, door devices, and enclosures">
- Crimp wire and understand the usage of hardware such as screws, bolts, nuts, and washers">
- Use hand tools for extended periods of time">
