Position Overview

The role of the Production Assembler is crucial in aiding the Production departments to optimize the effectiveness of all operations associated with both Stock and Custom Assembly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Precisely selecting necessary components for production tasks.
  • Assembling, inspecting, and packaging sub-assemblies and final products in accordance with guidelines.
  • Carrying out specialized duties within the assembly workflow.
  • Installing components needed for assembly tasks of sub-assemblies and final products.
  • Ensuring organization within the workspace, storage areas, and common use facilities.
  • Conducting computer and administrative duties such as printing orders and creating labels.
  • Coordinating shipping logistics with the transportation team.
  • Prioritizing and organizing Production Documentation and Picking Lists based on client commitments.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proactive mindset with effective time management abilities.

Prior experience in assembly and/or manufacturing is preferred.

Competent manual dexterity (Hand-eye coordination).

Mechanical aptitude is essential.

Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation Package

The starting wage for this position is $18.64 per hour, with a potential performance bonus based on a percentage of the employee's annual base salary.
