Key Responsibilities:
Engages in merchandise processing during early morning or evening hours (as per the schedule), which includes unloading shipments, lifting boxes, arranging products, climbing ladders, and maintaining a safe yet efficient pace.
Greets and welcomes all customers, either as a Host at the entrance or throughout the store.
Interacts with customers throughout the store, offering solutions to their organizational needs.
Designs and sells tailored closet systems and other storage solutions.
Operates the cash register with a strong emphasis on delivering an excellent customer experience during checkout.
Introduces and enrolls customers in our rewards program.
Maintains the Sales Floor – ensuring shelves are stocked and presented according to our brand standards.
Assists customers with carryout services, whether through curbside or in parking areas.
Participates in store cleaning routines, including dusting, restroom maintenance, and vacuuming.
Processes customer orders for curbside pickup and/or delivery.
Organizes the stockroom, ensuring it is well-maintained to support the store's sales efforts.
Adheres to established time expectations for the role, performing tasks with precision and timeliness while demonstrating pace and attention to detail.
Actively engages with customers to address their organizational challenges.
