Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker Floater to join our team at Climate First Bank. As a key member of our Central Florida branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with new and existing customers, and promoting our full suite of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell our banking products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing the branch, managing cash and vault duties, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous banking experience, with a proven track record of sales and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in banking software and systems.
