POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Pharmacist operates under the general oversight of the Pharmacy Director, undertaking professional responsibilities typically associated with pharmacy practice in a healthcare environment, as sanctioned by the Vermont Board of Pharmacy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Valid Vermont Pharmacy License
- Proficient in computer usage and data entry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
