We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for managing the backroom operations, receiving products into our inventory management system, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receiving process, including unloading and processing shipments, and updating inventory levels in our system.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient backroom environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Process damaged or defective products, and report discrepancies to the Inventory Control Team.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure adequate inventory levels, proper product placement, and effective visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
