Position Title: Assembler Associate II
Location: North Chicago, IL, U.S.A.
Employment Type: Contract (with potential for extension)
Compensation: $19.04 per hour
Shift Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Role Responsibilities:
- Apply basic mathematical skills and interpret technical drawings.
- Assemble various components and subcomponents for designated areas.
- Operate automated machinery and utilize basic computer systems to perform tasks.
- Employ testing devices, fixtures, and self-assessment techniques for quality assurance.
- Engage in manufacturing focus teams, such as Safety, GMP, or ESD initiatives.
- Exhibit leadership qualities and effectively train peers.
- Adhere to and enhance the effectiveness of Quality Systems.
- Achieve departmental objectives regarding quality and work standards.
- Comply with the client company's Code of Conduct and uphold performance expectations.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in soldering
- Experience with documentation processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in a GMP setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to utilize information from external sources effectively.
