Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Laborer to join our team at Labor Source, Inc. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of physical tasks under the direction of supervisory personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist contractors on commercial construction projects by performing tasks such as removal of wallboard, carpet, tile, fixtures, cabinetry, ductwork, and metal studs.
  • Transport and distribute materials and debris to proper receptacles.
  • Maintain a clean working environment and participate in safety and environmental compliance initiatives.
  • Lift, carry, and hold building materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Perform multi-tasking of various daily tasks and on-site progressions.
Requirements
  • Previous construction or field experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.
  • Ability to understand and follow specific directions from supervision.
  • Ability to successfully complete job-specific orientations, safety, and job-related training.
  • Ability to work with close supervision and repeat tasks of short duration according to established operating procedures and work practices.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $15.00 per hour.
  • A regular 8-hour day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
