About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social channels, ideally with agency experience and a focus on B2B/Lead Gen. As a key member of our client team, you'll plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising accounts with a focus on paid search and paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies for multiple clients
  • Guide full-funnel digital strategy for assigned clients, including planning, execution, and optimization
  • Proactively monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement changes
  • Manage client relationships, including leading client meetings and setting expectations via clear, concise communications
  • Analyze account data using statistical skills, compile reports, and produce data visualizations
  • Mentor Digital Advertising Coordinators and assign tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals, B2B experience, and/or agency experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with multiple advertising platforms (Extensive experience in Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Meta ads is required, other channels are a plus)
  • Experience managing all facets of digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience making effective pitches/presentations to key decision-makers
  • Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and presentation
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
