Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, personnel management, inventory management, and financial profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our pharmacy operations remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
