Relationship Banker

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team in Millburn, New Jersey. As a key member of our Retail Banking organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.

• Proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch to deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue, leveraging experience and acquired knowledge of bank products and services to position appropriately and grow share of wallet.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI, working across a broad range of ecosystem partners, including PNCI, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
• Customer experience management, differentiating the customer experience through advanced conversation skills and delivering customer well-being through tailored solutions aligned with customer needs.

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
