Relationship Banker

PNC is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our Retail Banking organization in Millburn, New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.

• Proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing
• Manages and grows Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue
• Leverages experience and acquired knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households
• Generates quality referrals to ecosystem partners

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
