Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base CPM plus assessorial pay, stop-off pay, safety bonus, productivity bonus, drop/hook pay, live load/live unload pay, detention pay, and breakdown pay. Additionally, you will be eligible for our weekly guarantee pay program, monthly performance bonus, and yearly longevity bonus.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, have a good work history and driving record, and pass a D.O.T. physical and hair follicle drug screen. You must also have no DUI/DWI or other alcohol/drug-related convictions in the past 5 years and no license suspensions in the past 12 months.
