We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at World Class Automotive Organization. As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for selling retail insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and other related insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional insurance products to existing customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Prospecting: Generate new business leads through referrals, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Quote Generation: Provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure customers are adequately covered and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Licensed P&C Agent: Must hold a valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer software and systems to manage sales, customer relationships, and other business activities.
  • Self-Starter: Must be a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Team Player: Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
