Role: Nursing Supervisor - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Shift Details: Full-Time, Night Shift, 6:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Compensation: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus / Competitive Pay Rates

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) or Nurse Manager, the Nursing Supervisor will:

  • Lead and mentor nursing staff
  • Act as a resource and consultant for nursing practices
  • Oversee and ensure quality nursing care delivery
  • Implement hospital and departmental goals and philosophies
  • Uphold established standards of patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless patient care
  • Provide leadership in the absence of the CNO/Nurse Manager

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid RN License in the State
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification or completion within the first six months of employment
  • CRRN Certification after meeting eligibility criteria

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
  • BSN degree or enrollment in a BSN program is preferred
