About the Role

We are recruiting for primary care physicians to join our team of experienced medical providers. As a primary care physician with Norton Medical Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting routine check-ups, and managing chronic conditions. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our provider development programs, including leadership councils, clinical research support, and chronic disease task forces.

Norton Medical Group has over 25 years of experience operating physician practices and Norton Immediate Care Centers throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. As a division of Norton Healthcare, we provide comprehensive management and support services to our medical providers and locations. With over 1800 employed medical providers and 3000 employees, we offer a highly successful employment model that provides for the business operation of our practices, allowing physicians to focus on quality care for patients.

About the Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a protected base salary, productivity bonus option, relocation assistance, and a sign-on bonus of $60,000. In addition, we offer up to $100,000 recruitment incentive plan for candidates coming out of training or have less than one year of experience. Experienced physicians relocating to the area will receive a $60,000 retention bonus.
