Key Responsibilities- Perform manual testing on the next generation AirPods for our platforms
- Work with automated solutions to support and enhance our quality initiatives
- Test audio drivers, firmware, and audio subsystems
- Collaborate with peer groups to understand needs, challenges, and existing tools
- Define and update team test tools, processes, and procedures
- 5+ years of experience in general test engineering
- Expertise in audio testing, software testing, and isolating issues
- Familiarity with real-time audio handling (sample rates, buffering, PCM, drivers, etc.)
- Strong ear for sound anomalies and the validation of sound quality
