Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist at RAYUS Radiology, you'll operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes. You'll work closely with radiologists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive timely and accurate diagnoses.
Responsibilities- Screens patients before exams to identify potential contraindications or precautions
- Explains procedures to patients, ensuring they understand what to expect during the exam
- Operates MRI scanners to produce high-quality images of designated body parts
- Maintains positive relationships with radiologists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensures accurate record-keeping within the Radiology Information System (RIS)
- ARMRIT or ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing
- Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiography
- Licensed Radiological Technologist in the applicable state, if required
- CPR certification
- Certification in an imaging specialty
- Bilingualism
