Earthwork/Grading Foreman Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Earthwork/Grading Foreman to join our team at IOC Company LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising grading and dirt crews to ensure safe and efficient execution of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of grading and dirt crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Implement project changes and communicate requirements to work crews.
  • Coordinate project schedules, site inspections, and material management.
  • Ensure daily time, job activity, and material reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage projects and activities in a fast-paced environment, working beyond normal business hours when needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Earthwork/Grading Foreman in civil construction.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to manage projects and activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HCSS Heavy Job is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
