About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Earthwork Grading Foreman to join our team at IOC Company LLC. As a key member of our civil construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing grading and earthwork operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate grading and earthwork crews to execute assigned work safely and efficiently.
  • Implement project changes and communicate requirements to work crews.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Execute grading operations for mass earthwork, loading and hauling vehicles, and fine grading for roads, curbs, sidewalks, and foundations.
  • Coordinate job site work, site inspections, and site materials.
  • Ensure daily time, job activity, and material reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Earthwork Grading Foreman in civil construction.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to manage projects and activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work beyond normal business hours, including weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HCSS Heavy Job is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
