Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a caseload of general liability cases from start to finish.
  • Perform legal research and draft essential documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients regarding general liability matters.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.

  • Strong litigation capabilities, including courtroom experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with complex general liability cases.
  • Background in insurance defense.
  • Familiarity with court procedures in New Jersey and New York.
  • Trial experience is advantageous.
