Technical Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Americas region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality and efficient services and support to our customers in this region.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a 2nd line support to customers and following problems through to resolution
  • Providing troubleshooting services and solutions based on photos, serial numbers, amplifier log files and fault descriptions
  • Performing administrative tasks on CRM and ERP systems
  • Documenting cases in the CRM system and ensuring information is up-to-date

You will contribute to the creation of FAQs and technical articles for our knowledge base database including best practices.
