About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate will have experience selling and promoting their company's brand, using a consultative sales approach, and working in a complex conceptual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and promote new homes to potential buyers
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Work closely with customers to select finishes and design features for their new home
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be technology savvy and able to use various software applications to manage sales data and customer relationships.
