Job Title: NP / PA Endocrinology

Emory Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology team at Emory University Hospital.

This is an outpatient position with a Monday through Friday schedule, offering a great work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Endocrinology and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

We offer a competitive salary range of $102,000 to $128,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as an annual APP incentive plan, student loan repayment benefit, and comprehensive health benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients with endocrine disorders.
  • Document patient care in medical records.
  • Conduct patient interviews and document patient histories, psychosocial histories, health status, and medical problems or potential problems.
  • Perform physical examinations and specialized diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures under the direction of a physician.
  • Assist physician in diagnosing medical problems, developing care plans, and prescribing treatment.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • At least one year of direct experience in a high acuity clinical specialty.
  • BLS and Healthcare Provider certifications required.
