**Key Responsibilities:**

* Estimate service tickets and order parts
* Process and make returns
* Provide customer support and communicate with technicians and vendors
* Adhere to all safety programs
* Assist in service billing

**Requirements:**

* Associate's Degree in Business or related field; four-year degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
* At least 2 years' experience within the industry or a related management position
* Strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail, and ability to pass background check and drug screen
* Complete understanding of VMRS codes and TMC recommended practices
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and operate other software
* Superior customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently with minimal supervision
