Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Legal Officer at GetuWell. The Chief Legal Officer will oversee a variety of legal matters, deliver guidance on labor and employment law, provide comprehensive legal counsel, manage issues related to data privacy, navigate healthcare regulations with a focus on litigation, and ensure adherence to corporate governance protocols in daily operations.

  • Proficient in Legal Issues and Advisory

  • Knowledgeable in Data Privacy Regulations
  • Experience in Corporate Governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active membership in the state bar and in good standing
