Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and service resident apartments, communal spaces, guest accommodations, and administrative offices.
- Change linens in apartments as per schedule.
- Perform laundry tasks as needed.
- Spot clean carpets when necessary.
- Prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring timely turnover.
- Regularly assess the facility's physical environment and report any repair or replacement needs.
- Assist residents and staff in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
