Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Salt and Vine. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

• Guest Welcome and Seating: Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable in our restaurant.
• Reservation Management: Manage reservations, taking detailed information and communicating with servers and bartenders to ensure seamless service.
• Communication and Coordination: Inform servers and bartenders of guest arrivals, special requests, and any other important information to ensure excellent service.
• Restaurant Maintenance: Conduct regular checks of the dining room and restrooms to ensure they are clean and well-stocked.
• Team Support: Assist managers and other team members as needed, providing support and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
