Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Ambassador of Hospitality to join our team at Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa. As a Lobby Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their visit is enjoyable and memorable. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, making them feel at ease and valued.
  • Guide guests through the store, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Host guests, making them feel comfortable and ensuring their visit is enjoyable.
  • Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Accurately answer guests' questions, providing them with the information they need.
  • Handle and resolve difficult situations, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Say farewell, thanking guests for their visit and inviting them to return.
  • Maintain and clean the dining room, patio, and exterior of the store.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests and team members.
  • Practice food safety procedures, maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
