Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current cosmetology or barber license as mandated by state/provincial regulations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Capability to deliver outstanding guest service, understanding client needs, providing quality consultations, and performing requested services efficiently and professionally
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks such as processing transactions on the computerized register, performing closing procedures, and light cleaning duties
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds
  • Continuous repetitive movements with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms
  • Regular grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level
  • Ability to be exposed to various chemicals and fragrances used in service delivery
  • Ability to observe clients' hair, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding services offered and their needs
