Job Title: Assistant Manager

Join Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as an Assistant Manager and take on a dynamic role that combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. As a key member of our team, you will drive sales results, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that meets our high standards.
  • Drives Sales: Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Ensure seamless integration of online and offline channels, providing a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively and sales floors are well-stocked and organized.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and stockroom organization.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring adequate staffing levels and effective scheduling and payroll management.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Foster open communication, ensuring clear and effective communication among team members, management, and customers.
  • Asset Protection: Implement and maintain effective asset protection strategies, ensuring the security of our stores and assets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: A degree in business, retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies.
