Job SummaryWe are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of safe and effective patient care after hours, on weekends, and on holidays. You will also be responsible for assessing all departments to ensure continuity of care and reporting pertinent information to management and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Assure the provision of safe and effective patient care after hours, on weekends, and on holidays
- Assess all departments to ensure continuity of care and report pertinent information to management and administration
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Monitor and evaluate risk and quality indicators, patient satisfaction results, and outcomes to continually improve performance and outcomes
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on Quality Indicators (QIs)
- Graduate of accredited registered nurse program with current licensure in the state
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support required
- Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitative or acute care setting and/or demonstrates leadership ability
