Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital is a state-of-the-art, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital that provides comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs to patients in the south central Pennsylvania area.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of safe and effective patient care after hours, on weekends, and on holidays. This includes assessing all departments to ensure continuity of care and reporting pertinent information to management and administration.

- Assess all departments to ensure continuity of care and report pertinent information to management and administration
- Effectively communicate unusual occurrences or complaints for follow-up and intervene immediately when needed
- Ensure the nursing department staff performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors
- Ensure occurrence of appropriate documentation, including documentation of medical necessity, by staff in medical records
- Assist to review and evaluate risk and quality indicators, patient satisfaction results, and outcomes in order to continually improve performance and outcomes
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of accredited registered nurse program with current licensure in the state
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support required
- Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitative or acute care setting and/or demonstrates leadership ability
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate, and direct activities of clinical personnel
- Effective oral and written communication skills, in English with additional languages preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer skills required
