Job SummaryThis role is responsible for providing excellent patient service and support to patients, families, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating patient care activities and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
- Providing administrative support to the healthcare team as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
