POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen and dining environments
  • Assist in food preparation adhering to established recipes and standards
  • Support general maintenance and operational tasks as required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and replenish detergent levels in dishwashing equipment
  • Ensure that service areas and kitchen stations are stocked with sanitized dishes
  • Perform cleaning duties for kitchen appliances and floor areas
  • Prepare ingredients and food items in accordance with company protocols
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations

WORKPLACE STANDARDS

  • Follow the dress code and maintain personal hygiene standards
  • Deliver outstanding guest service while collaborating effectively with team members

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs and frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs
