We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager II, Maintenance Operations to join our team at Walmart. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and Manage Productivity: Prepare, review, and/or analyze business reports, communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling.
- Manage Associates and Leaders: Give direction, monitor performance and provide feedback, identify training and development needs.
- Drive Business Plan: Implement operational improvements to achieve facility goals (for example, production, quality, safety).
- Oversee Maintenance Department: Monitor and drive department performance related to maintaining manufacturing equipment and monitoring and ensuring associate compliance with regulations.
- Assigning Duties and Coordinating Workloads: Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns, determine corrective actions to take.
- Monitoring and Tracking Expenses: Monitor asset utilization, develop, distribute, and/or maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Reviewing Maintenance Budget Estimates: Ensure the efficient usage of funds by eliminating poor/repetitive purchases, collaborate with Maintenance associates to ensure the optimization of capacity and service delivery.
- Promoting Company Policies: Train and provide direction to others in their use and application, ensure compliance with them.

Minimum QualificationsAssociate's degree or technical school certification in an industrial-related field and 7 years' supervisory experience in maintenance operations, including mentoring and developing people, managing workloads, hiring and promotion of employees, and leading a work or project team.
Preferred QualificationsAnalyzing financial/operations data, Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Robotic Engineering, or related area, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Managing budgets/P&L, RETA Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO) certification or 2 years' regulatory compliance experience (for refrigeration systems holding over 10,000 pounds of ammonia), Supervisory experience in maintenance operations, Utilizing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or another continuous improvement program.
