Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service, or Operations Support, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SVB Client Database systems and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
