Key Responsibilities:


Deliver nursing support for students with specific medical requirements (including but not limited to Trach care, ventilator support, G-tube feedings, seizure management with emergency medications, personal hygiene assistance, and diabetic care).

May accompany the student on transportation to and from school.

Qualifications:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credentials in the relevant state.

Current Health Certification (as per facility requirements).

Valid PPD or Chest X-Ray documentation.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred: Minimum one year of experience as an LVN/LPN.
