Radford University is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as a Program Coordinator for the Undergraduate Major in the Department of Psychology. This is a full-time, non-tenure-track position that will begin on August 10th, 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the undergraduate major and minor in psychology
  • Teach courses within one's area of expertise, including behavioral statistics, research methods, and topical courses in research
  • Provide general advising for majors and consult with psychology faculty on student advising
  • Consult on the undergraduate curriculum and schedule, internship supervision, and representing the department at campus recruitment events
  • Mentor the psychology club and Psi Chi, and develop student retention and engagement initiatives
