Role Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care while overseeing all unit functions. Collaborating with the management team, the CNC assesses and monitors nursing care in line with established protocols. The CNC acts as a resource for staff and champions an outstanding patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, assess, tailor, and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Support admission and discharge processes.
- Work alongside subject matter experts and leadership to enhance outcomes and service quality.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to elevate performance and engagement.
- Assist in staff scheduling.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- A Bachelor’s Degree, Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree is required.
