Browns Fit is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving membership sales and revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new memberships and ancillary service memberships to achieve financial performance results.
  • Implement and adhere to the sales process, including assessing member needs, providing value-based presentations, and closing sales.
  • Integrate new members into personal training by attaching point-of-sale sessions and scheduling onboarding sessions.
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals and metrics as outlined in individual tracking sheets.
  • Develop leads through various activities, including telephone, internet, and community outreach.
  • Utilize the lead tracking system to manage prospect and member data.
Customer Service Focus:
  • Create a customer service-focused environment that is friendly, welcoming, and supportive.
  • Ensure superior customer service by listening to members, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Deepen relationships with members and enhance their sense of belonging and community within the club.
Requirements:
  • General understanding of the fitness industry.
  • Ability to work with computers and software systems.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Must be a team player and adhere to meal and rest break periods.
