Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC technician with a strong focus on customer satisfaction to join our team as a Leak Detection Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for detecting and repairing leaks in residential plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential plumbing systems to detect leaks and other issues.
  • Repair and replace damaged or faulty plumbing components, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Install and maintain plumbing systems, including water heaters, boilers, and other equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and local plumbing codes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing, with a focus on leak detection and repair.
  • Valid plumbing license in North Carolina.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
