About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Managing Consultant to join our US Impact Assessment department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality EIA services to our clients in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to deliver robust EIA, survey management, stakeholder engagement, and consenting advice to support consent submission.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with Ramboll colleagues, supply chain partners, and clients.
  • Day-to-day contact with clients to ensure we are meeting project objectives and client expectations.
  • Design and execute complete projects of moderate to substantial size and complexity.
  • Conduct independent technical analyses and direct technical analyses of others.
  • Advisory skills in relation to preparing materials for stakeholder meetings and public consultations and participation in public consultation.
  • Demonstrate ability to present complex technical concepts effectively both orally and in writing so clients, regulatory agencies, and legal groups can easily comprehend them.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Impact Assessment Managing Consultant with a strong background in EIA processes and regulations. You will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or a related environmental discipline, and at least 8 years of experience on complex projects in the energy sector.

You will be a self-motivated and independent individual with excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide training and mentoring to less experienced staff. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to approach issues in a clear and logical manner.
