Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments and re-assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices and research.
Requirements:
  • Masters or higher degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Current Kansas Speech Language Pathology License in good standing.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA.
  • CPR Certification maintained and in good standing.
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification maintained and in good standing.
