Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment services for patients with speech, language, and/or swallowing disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Experience with video fluoroscopic oropharyngeal swallowing and FEES evaluations is preferred.

The Speech Language Pathologist will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include examining and evaluating patients' communication and swallowing function, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
