Nurse Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team at BRIA. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the resident care of your unit, supervising nursing assistants and other nurses, charting and maintaining documentation, preparing and administering medications, and developing a positive working rapport with team members.

Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents in your unit.
  • Lead and mentor nursing assistants and other nurses to ensure high-quality care.
  • Prepare and administer medications as directed.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment.

Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Valid, current nursing license in Florida.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least three years of experience in long-term care.
