Position Overview

The Travel CT Technologist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services to patients. This position requires expertise in CT imaging and a commitment to patient care.

Certification Requirements
  • Preferred qualifications include graduation from an accredited AMA program and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • Must possess Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through ARRT.
  • Current State License as a general radiographer is required.
Job Responsibilities
  • Immediate availability is necessary.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the specialty is essential.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field is expected.
  • The technologist will be responsible for providing timely imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient populations under the guidance of a Radiologist and in accordance with departmental protocols.
  • Key responsibilities include adjusting imaging parameters to evaluate soft tissue, the arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities, with or without the use of contrast media.
Job Requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • ARRT certification in MRI, CT, and X-ray is mandatory.
Schedule Information
  • Shift: Evenings; Monday to Friday (2:30 PM - 11 PM).
  • Rotating call: 1-2 nights per week; 1-2 weekends per month.
